Updated Wiki for Dell XPS m1330

I've just completed my first Wiki edit smile

Installed x64_86 on my XPS 1330 yesterday and added a few updates for sound, bluetooth and wireless:

http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Dell_XPS_M1330

Overall a flawless experience, thanks once again to the Arch devs. I moved this laptop to Arch from Ubuntu 9.04. The slightly proprietary nature of Ubuntu means that compiling and / or installing newer versions of software is a pain. The AUR, rolling release model and provision of unmodified base packages and the 'standard linux way' of doing this (such as file locations and networking) is really great. Ubuntu actually loses ease of use for more advanced purposes because of this by being simple and wanting to work out of the box and therefore using a few proprietary* tricks and tweaks.

Anyway, enough about Ubuntu. Just to say once again Arch FTW. Oh, and this is my first 64-bit install of Arch since I last tried a year or so ago...things have got MUCH easier in terms of plugins (I'm looking at you, Flash).

*NB: not proprietary as in Windows, just a slight off-GNU/Linux-standard methodology.

Glad it worked out for you.  Just a couple notes (if you don't mind hearing them) on wiki format. big_smile

Wiki formatting is available to make formatting easier.  For example, for doing bold text you can use '''Bold text''' to create bold lettering.  And for links, you can use [http://link.org this page].  There are more here if you are interested.

A note too, that because the wiki is instruction all generally 'you' statements are preferred over the 'I' or 'we'.

Looks pretty good.  Always good to see new people contributing to the wiki.

Thanks for the grammatical suggestions. I couldn't quite figure out the best perspective to write from and couldn't work out quite why it read differently from other 'professional' Wiki entries.

It's one of those slap-your-forehead moments it's so obvious!
