Terrible Memtest

Just let memtest run for 7 and a half hours, didn't finish the test, but, was able to accomplish this many errors in that time. http://img.theschuyler.com/memtest2.jpg (121344)

So what should my next course of action be?

1. it's the wrong url to the picture
2. replace your memory if you get errors via memtest

Actually just did some more tests:
Ran 1 stick in DIMM 0, 7 minutes with each stick, no errors
Ran 2 sticks in DIMM 0&1 for 7 minutes, no errors
Ran 2 sticks in DIMM 2&3 for 7 minutes, errors by two minutes.

My guess now is a dead DIMM slot, so I should RMA the board.
