error while install emacs

Hi everyone,
when I try to install emacs, pacman return this error :

error: failed to commit transaction (invalid or corrupted package)
emacs-23.1-3-i686.pkg.tar.gz is invalid or corrupted
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

Why??

Just try installing it again. Pacman will redownload the package.  It  probalably got corrupted when you downloaded it initially.
