about xterm

in xterm, can i highlight a text and copy and paste it to another place? and if i copy text in somewhere, can i paste it in xterm?:rolleyes:

Highlight it and use middle click to paste it. It should work.

Or if it's actually copied, shift + insert usually does the trick.
