Now I haven't used any of these: currently I've just been sticking to RhythmBox, since amarok is bloat and doesn't even seem to work right.
I'm looking for a cli player (prefferably MPD) that will let me listen to my iPod Classic while it's charging. The problem I'm assuming it will have is I will go to the directory and it will look like this:
And I'll be searching through tons of folders with random files...
So I was just asking if any of these CLI players have support to work like Amarok & RhythmBox.

It's been a while, but I _think_ the files are still tagged correctly. If they are, you can use mpd easily as it's library based and you can browse with the ID3 tags.
