Kernel Panic after mucking about with ATi video drivers

Hey everyone,

I'm getting kernel panic after I tried doing a few different things to get my video drivers to work the way I want them to. I installed the new kernel from [testing], it booted fine for a while and after I changed video drivers it refuses to mount my filesystem.

http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=631029
No filesystem could mount root, tried:
Kernel panic - not syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0)
Pid: 1, comm: swapper Not tainted 2.6.30-ARCH #1
Call Trace
 [<ffffffff8054d443>] ? panic+0x9a/0x154
 [<ffffffff806bf4ff>] ? mount_block_root+0x26a/0x296
 [<ffffffff806bf6ea>] ? prepare_namespace+0x145/0x186
 [<ffffffff806be971>] ? kernel_init+0x191/0x1b8
 [<ffffffff8020d4fa>] ? child_rip+0xa/0x20
 [<ffffffff806be7e0>] ? kernel_init+0x0/0x1b8
 [<ffffffff8020d4f0>] ? child_rip+0x0/0x20

I chrooted into /root and downgraded the kernel, and most of the things in this thread: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=631029 that didn't have to do with grub or fstab, because neither have been changed. The only uncomment line in minitcpio is:

HOOKS="base udev autodetect sata filesystems"

I am at a loss here. Any suggestions?

Hmmmm. Wiki: 1, f0nd004u: 0. I should have covered my bases a little better. Thanks.
