No access to terminals (tty)

Hello,

I have a problem with terminals,
sometimes it's fine [I have KDE when i press ctrl+alt+F7 and all terminals (tty1,tty2,tty3, ... ,tty6) work correctly]
but sometimes agreement Ctrl+Alt+F1 (for f1,f2,f3...) just do nothing and i can only use kde (i have kdm in daemons)
and sometimes  that agreement works but i have KDE in tty3 (ctrl+alt+f3)and on ctrl+alt+f7 it's black screen.
I try to solve that from few days and I have no idea what can be cause of that.
