the only dependency that was upgraded lately is vte . vte only depends on the new gtk2 2.18.x .
You did -Syu not upgrading packages selectively , right ?

Exactly.
rm -rf ~/.tilda did not help.

I just installed tilda after a pacman -Syu and am running into the same problem (on x86_64):
Reading symbols from /usr/bin/tilda...(no debugging symbols found)...done.
(gdb) run
Starting program: /usr/bin/tilda
[Thread debugging using libthread_db enabled]
[New Thread 0x7fffefde6910 (LWP 5791)]Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x00007ffff75a95e6 in gdk_x11_window_set_user_time () from /usr/lib/libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0
I did:
cp /var/abs/community/tilda ~/abs/ -R
cd ~/abs/tilda
makepkg -s
sudo -U tilda-0.9.6-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz
But it doesn't help, still segfaulting :-(

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

Is fix ready? When will it go in community repo?
