Hi, I am using fluxbox. I have recently switched from gdm to slim. Since this action, my networkmanager cannot remember any password. Although if I load flux with the crappy new gdm it works. What am I doing wrong?
my ~/.xinitrc
#!/bin/sh
#
# ~/.xinitrc
#
#
exec ck-launch-session startfluxbox
my ~/.xinitrc before slim
/etc/X11/Xsession
without the change I was completely unable to log in with slim
Thank you

Try to add
auth optional pam_gnome_keyring.so
session optional pam_gnome_keyring.so auto_start
from /etc/pam.d/gdm to /etc/pam.d/slim and see if that helps.

Thank you! This really works. I would suggest adding this info to the arch wiki page for slim.

Well I see it now. But I meant for the SLIM wiki page.
