Swiss mirror (puzzle.ch) timing out, only ftp

Have been having issues with the following mirror timing out for the past week or so :

ftp://archlinux.puzzle.ch/$repo/os/x86_64

Strangely enough, the same mirror works great if using http. Anybody else out there having similar issues with this mirror ? Should this be reported anywhere ?

Contact the puzzle admins - although if they're any good, they probably know about it already. It may even be planned.
