New install question

Question: I've installed arch linux.
Everything works fine, I just cannot install any software from the repositories because the wirless network is not connected.

I have a IPW2200, definitely works under debian, and i've installed the firmware on arch.

iwlist scan gives me the ESSID of my network ("UnencrypedNetwork)

eth0 is the wirless and up, but it has no ip.

What do I have to do to connect to the wirless network?
I already found out that arch uses dhcpcd, not dhclient which is what i am used to.

How can I get an IP from the wirless router via dhcp?
Then how can I add the repos, and update and see the package list with pacman?
