Kde printer configuration tool not working

The configuration tool in System Settings for printing shows an error message that says something about missing a KCmodule.

Also, I have installed all of the dependencies.

I have also found that whenever I try to access the CUPS web interface, Firefox says it is nonexistant or something.

Have you started the CUPS daemon?
