problem with ffmpeg2theora

when i try execute de configure script i have this error:

checking for ogg >= 1.1 vorbis vorbisenc theora ... Package theora was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `theora.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'theora' found

configure: error: Library requirements (ogg >= 1.1 vorbis vorbisenc theora ) not met; consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if your libraries are in a nonstandard prefix so pkg-config can find them.

but...

[root@Celerondomain celeron]# pacman -Q libtheora libvorbis ffmpeg libogg

theora.pc is missing ... maybe it's part of something else and not libtheora?
