System stability using shaman

Hi, this is my first week using arch, loving btw, but I have one question about stability. Since shaman is not official, I want to know if I can trust it like pacman, or if it's better to keep upgrading packages with pacman -Syu

I always say that you are better off using pacman, but that is mainly because I do not use GUI tools for system administration.   Overall, you should have no issues using shaman.
