SDL Mouse Control With Gamepad

I've search around and can't find an application that will map keyboard & mouse controls to my gamepad if a game uses SDL.  I've tried Qjoypad (which I think is awesome unless the game uses SDL) but when a game uses SDL, the mouse axis mapping doesn't work right at all .  Try Qjoypad with Quake Live or Nexiuz or something SDL to see what I mean.
Anyway, anyone know of some other mouse->gamepad mapper?
