"...in your path?"

I'm trying to compile Audacity from source, and I get this error after "./config"

"Could not find wx-config: is wxWidgets installed? is wx-config in your path?"

I of couse installed WxWidgets before attempting the Audacity installation, so how to I put wx-config in Audacity's path?

Re: "...in your path?"

Have a look at the PKGBUILD for the audacity package in [extra] (looks like the WX_CONFIG variable needs to be set).

Also, you can compile your own package using ABS. This gets you the added benefit of having the files being tracked by pacman so the software can easily be removed or upgraded in the future.
