asus-laptop module - wifi interface goes down

I need some help. I've got some scripts to manage wifi/bluetooth in windows way style. None/Wifi/Bluetooth/Wifi+Bluetooth. It work's nice, but there is a problem, because when I use fn-F2 wlan0 interface is suddenly down - always. Of course this key combo triggers scripts. So when I want to switch from wifi to wifi+bluetooth - push fn-f2 twice and... network is down. When I execute script from shell everything is ok.
Has anyone any idea, is there a possibility to change this behavior?
