[Wine] Medieval2: Total War Gold edition

I've already asked this question on WineHQ, but the answer didn't help me.
I've installed medieval2 and when I try to launch it I get securom error that there is no CD or DVD ROM device.
How can I get it to work.
I've already tried to download no cd crack, but it doesn't work. I've also reffered to this: http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.p … n&iId=6517 but it still didn't work.
Any ideas?

All of them. I tried 1.0, 1.1 and 1.3.
I realised the problem probably lies in fact that Linux handles devices as folders, so that's why Securom doesn't recognise any SD/DVD rom.
Is there any "hack" to some how mount CD/DVD rom in wine as "windows style device" so it would be recognised by Securom?

(If it's not perfectly clear here's a link to the same thread on winehq forums: http://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?t=6662
