KDE detected that one or more internal sound devices were removed.??

About two hours ago, I installed phonon-xine en amarok. Before installing these packages the sound was working fine. Now KDE is making a problme of it:

KDE detected that one or more internal sound devices were removed.
Do you want KDE to permanently forget about these devices?
This is the list of devices KDE thinks can be removed:
Capture: Ensoniq AudioPCI ENS1371 (ES1371 DAC2/ADC)
Output: Ensoniq AudioPCI ENS1371 (ES1371 DAC1)
Output: Ensoniq AudioPCI ENS1371 (ES1371 DAC2/ADC)

It switched to VIA 8235 with AD1980. But there is no sound any more. I've checked with alsamixer: mater, master m, pcm, center and cd of VIA 8235 are unmuted.

Why were the internal sound devices removed?
And why is there no sound with VIA 8235?

OK, I have sound now with VIA 8235. I forget to plug my speakers on this card. But I still don't understand why KDE 'thinks' that the enoniq pci card is removed, because I haven't removed it!
