Conky displaying Unread POP3 emails?

Anyone have a script to get the unread mail from a pop3 service using conky?

What does mighty google have to offer you? You've been opening plenty of Openbox-related threads lately, somehow I'm getting the feeling you're just dumping questions here instead of doing the dirty work yourself.

Ahh, sorry if it looks that way.
Have honestly used the search function on fluxbb and also used google both to search just bbs.archlinux.org and the whole www.

In this case I'm ending up with 2 possible perlscripts but it seems that it's only working with ssl! hmm

Is it a specific mail provider? Does it have the possibility to do IMAP for example?

Moved my e-mail to another server running exhcahange server 2010 at home. and I opened up for IMAP on my account.
I got the feeling that you might have a solution for IMAP but not for POP?
