Wow, that's one of the best desktops I've ever seen. Which icons are you using ? Plus, how did you do to make applications menu look like that ?

Found Vibrancy Colors (http://www.ravefinity.com/p/vibrancy-co … theme.html) once and haven't switched since. As per the application menu, as mentioned by others - Whisker Menu plugin.
