Canon Pixma wiki page

I just installed my Pixma iP4500 using the wiki article Canon iP4300 and I think it needs some love

As mentioned in the discussion, it would make sense to rather have a "Canon Pixma" article than specialized ones for each model, because the procedures are identical (except the driver urls, of course).
Unfortunately I have no experience in writing wiki pages; is there a sandbox in which I can work on a new article? I don't want to change anything in the existing one before I got some feedback about it.

Anyone else interested in having a new article?
