Using wine on asus eee pc hd1000

Hi,
I am trying to use wine on my eee pc, but I have a 1024x600 resolution. It seems like everytime I start up an installer or program in wine the screen flickers in the beginning, but then everything seems to be fine. Is there something to worry about, i.e. does that mean some things are bound to not work, or is this normal behavior?

Its normal, nothing to do with screen resolution. It happens to me too even on other distros.
