xfce4 map an action to a set of keys

Is there a way one can map an action or script to a set of keys under xfce4?  For example, I'd like alt+x to open a shell.  Or alt+R to run a script.

Click on Keyboard in the settings menu or settings manager. There's a tab for applications shortcuts.
