I've an annoyng problem on my Arch Linux 64 bit. Every few hours Xorg crashes and returns me this backtrace: http://utilitybase.com/paste/23117
[2009-11-08 21:17] installed nvidia-utils (190.42-1)
[2009-11-08 21:17] installed nvidia (190.42-1)
[2009-12-04 19:43] upgraded nvidia-utils (190.42-1 -> 190.42-2)
What could it be?
Thanks in advance
Maybe it's the same problem http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=84393

downgrading to xorg-server 1.7.1.901-2 seems to have solved the problem. i'll let you know (4 hours from the last crash)

xorg-server 1.7.3 is out... maybe you could try it
using nvidia 9700m gt with latest drivers and updates, never had a single xorg crash in this computer. 1,5 years!

I was having total lockups with xorg 1.7.1.901-2. 1.7.2 solved the lockups, 1.7.3 was up all night no problems whatsoever. 9500gt/nvidia 190.42
