[Solved]rebuilding pacman database

Hi,
every time I issue pacman -Syu then a long list of packages still repeat the installation even they are already installed.
Now I reached the condition that it cause an error and I cannot update any package.
Is there a way to rebuild the package database according the installed packages, including some form AUR PKGBUILD?

Re: [Solved]rebuilding pacman database

I found the answer but I can't understand what means duplicate, because there aren't duplicate, but different versions only. Then should I delete the oldest one?

EDIT
Rimoving elder version solved my problem.
