i have a cvs repository with some php projects that i want to deploy on the cvs host. i want this code to be available to the document root of the local host. its seems logical to simply create a symlink in the document root to the cvs directory with the code and therefore make that available to apache. does anyone have comments on this strategy? obviously web development is not my primary line of work so any criticism is only going to get me closer to where i need to be in terms of development and security, etc. thanks
