Is gimp-help-en used in x86-64 gimp?

Cannot find gimp-help-en in my 64bit library.

It downloaded via pacman, but cannot find it.

You can launch it in a web browser. NB I got an error on starting gimp

/usr/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins/help-browser: error while loading shared libraries: libwebkit-1.0.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
