Middle mouse click stoped working

I have posted this in newbie section, http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=86652

Maybe here I will find solution, this is very confusing. I dont know what is the problem.
If someone can tell me where to find boot log, I will be able to post some more info on this.

It is not very helpful to double post the same issue in different threads, since it cause more confusion than it helps.
