Is there any way for me to do so? Right now, it appears that I can only install and/or check if a package is in a group, but there's no actual way to "list" these groups without searching through every package and getting the unique group names. Is there a way to do this in a better way, or is there some application which can automate the process, so that I don't have to do it myself?

Display all the members for each package group specified. If no group
names are provided, all groups will be listed; pass the flag twice to
view all groups and their members.

Oh, wow. I do remember checking the manual, but I haven't, recently. Is this a new feature?
Anyways, sorry, but thank you for the help.
