Arch Guest on VMware: Drag an Drop doesn't work!

Hi,

Anyone running Arch Linux as a guest on VMware with drag and drop fully working?

I've installed open-vm-tools but drag and drop doesn't seem to work. Copy/paste works, for text anyways, not for files... The gues resolution also resizes itself when the window size changes. I've also manually compilted open-vm-tools to enable unity, which did work fine, but drag and drop was still not working... Haven't yet tried shared folders but I'm assuming it will work as I made it work in the past.

What about drag and drop? Can anyone help me out?

It doesn't work for me either.

I did the same as you to enable unity, and by now everything is working but drag and drop. Is it because of the Open VM Tools? Can de default VM Tools be used?

I don't know...

But I haven't find a proper guide on how to install the original VM Tools so haven't tried...

Anyone else has problems and/or fixed this issue?

It would be very nice to have DnD support
