Unable to play Audio/Video in Totem & Banshee (but MPlayer works)

Hi All,

Running Arch with Gnome 2.28.
When I try playing multimedia files with totem or banshee - nothing happens. It doesnt play, the bar doesn't move, NADA.

The weird thing is - everything works great with MPlayer.

Any pointers? I cant see to get my head around this.
