Boot fail

Hi , after installation , I reboot system , but it fails.
Can some one give me any suggestions??  Thanks

My setting is :

/dev/hda1 : /boot  ext2
/dev/hda2 : swap
/dev/hda3 : /   ext4

Did you do anything with fstab?

just type your pass then
fsck /dev/hda3

Did you do, what it was said?

mount -n -o remount,rw /

It'll reboot after that...

This problem happen when 1st boot after installation .

I do not modify fstab file .

I remount root dirtecory & "fsck /dev/hda3

It show as below .

F23_20091225110732324.jpg?TTAOqNLBIR3CpbH.

And the fstab file :

F23_20091225111144534.jpg?TTAOqNLB0ejCDI6D

What should I do ??

In your fstab, change hda with sda.

Also the <pass> on your /boot should be 2, not 1.

Hi , I install Arch linux in Virtual box .

After I change hda to sda , it is ok .

I will install this system in my laytop .
