Custom trash / set trash empty command (Thunar)?

Hi!

I'd like to change what my Thunar / empty trash function does. Is there any way to do that (without making changes to the source code)?

When I'm done, it's supposed to look like this:
1) "empty trash" just moves all the trash into another folder
2) There, everything will be shredded slowly over time (chronjob or something)
