I just installed LXDE,but I cannot find "MouseKeys setting" in it.To be frank,I relish MouseKeys because when my mouse fails to work,I could use MouseKeys as an alternative,however,I cannot find it in LXDE......:(
Could you help me,please?

You can bind them to actions or keys using xmodmap

To know the keycode of your buttuns, run "xev" (x event manager) en press your buttons

In addition,it's very easy to start MouseKeys by using Shift+Numlock simply.......I just find it,haha...

Sorry apparently I misunderstood your question. I thought that you wanted to know how you can use extra mouse buttons.
