Font with license written in russian language

There are free font called 'pt-sans':
http://fonts.ru/public/

It has license in russian language: http://fonts.ru/public/pt_openlicense.asp. License is enough permissive and similar to Open Font License, however it is written in russian language and there are no english version.
Can PKGBUILD for building package with this font be included in AUR? Does AUR permit packages with non-english licenses?
Is it correct that /usr/share/licenses/$pkgname/license will contain russian text (in utf-8)?

P.S. Source archive with PKGBUILD: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2671035/ttf-pts … src.tar.gz

Update: looks like this font is already in AUR, under name ttf-paratype http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=33199

Re: Font with license written in russian language

Seems okay to me. But maybe the aur-general mailing list is a better place to discuss this.

If that is how the license is provided, that is how you must distribute it.
