Ext4 and flush or jbd2

When I created on my disks ext4 system. That rose to record my first disk (which I use more). suddenly entered over 1TB per day! when I run iotop the first places appear flush and jbd2. what is flush and jbd2 (in kernel threads)? .... and can be somehow adjusted or off?
