Raid problems installing OS

Ok, got through the wiki all the way to the setting up arch part! Thought I was out of the woods, but getting stuck at the preparing HD section....

I think the array and drives are setup properly, but I still show 2 drives /dev/sda and /dev/sdb if I try the manual install option. I would think it would see both physical drives as one?

Also when i do a lvdisplay it shows /dev/array/root as a 50GB vol as I setup, and pvdisplay shows a 150GB vol as I setup.

I am getting errors creating the volumes on /dev/md0.  Not sure whats going on with this raid setup.....All volumes are mounted...?

I am using 2 80GB drives in a raid0.

EDIT: I just realized that I made everything raid0 vs using raid1 for the /boot partition. I just read where this was needed in another thread as I did not see it in the wiki?

Re: Raid problems installing OS

I re-did everything from scratch. At least I tried to remove the raid arrays and delete everything from cfdisk for each disk. I am still getting 2 physical drive options using the setup installer. Is this normal? I tried to mount the file systems but got an error trying to mount them to md0 using ext4?

I am using raid1 for the /boot partition and raid0 for the / and /home.
