some eeepc/2.6.32 issues

hi
i'm experimenting some errors since updated to kernel 2.6.32, mostly video

1- screen get a flash every x minutes
2- when playing *tube videos (i think) screen freeze into grey color, ctrl+alt+terminal work, i can go to tty1 and type reboot
3- chromium is now slow, uzbl too, i think when showing pictures
4- i can't play enemy-territory/true-combat
5- some more fails i can't remember

i try intel-newest but nothing
no xorg, but not needed for 2.6.31

don't tell me: downgrade.. cos i love the new video recognition feature, you know, since module loading i can see my screen in full resolution without adding vga=x to grub.. mostly time i'm on vim throught console and terminus font looks great now

eeepc 1000H intel-945 atomN270

thanks

Re: some eeepc/2.6.32 issues

I suggest you downgrade to 2.6.31.6-1. It works well, and you can get native console resolution (1024x600 framebuffer) if you configure it - refer to these instructions in the wiki.

I use an Eee PC 901 with the 2.6.31.6-1 Arch kernel and console resolution works great. In fact, the only peeve I have with this kernel is the crappy version of the rt2860 driver (which I think does not affect you since you have other wifi hardware?).
