[Solved] Openbox menu in Gnome

Just wondering, is it possible to use openbox's right click menu in gnome? What i mean is that if i rightclick on my desktop, instead of having the normal create new folder...change desktop background..etc..., will i be able to have openbox's righclick menu instead? I already have openbox installed and as my window manger. I realize it's probably a lot more easier if i used openbox on it's own, but i really wanted to keep using nautilus and i had trouble mounting usb's in openbox with it so i decided to use openbox ontop of gnome to make things easier.

EDIT: I just found the answer after an hour of Googling. For other users that would like the same thing, here is the solution:

With, gconf-editor ensure the "/apps/nautilus/preferences/show_desktop" option is unchecked.

I think you need to kill nautilus and see if it works. Mounting usb in openbox is same as gnome. It depends on hal ad file manager settings. Install thunar and thunar-volman and everything should work fine.

Re: [Solved] Openbox menu in Gnome

I'm already running openbox as my window manager. I changed it using gconf-editor.

Re: [Solved] Openbox menu in Gnome

I'm also using openbox with gnome panels and nautilus. I just changed desktop-gnome-applications-component_viewer option from nautilus to "nautilus --no-desktop" with gconf-editor, removed .config/autostart folder and set gnome-panel to start from autostart.sh
