squirrelmail with postfix admin sharing user names etc

i wanted to  know is posible to add / edit / del users with postfix admin if i`m using squirrelmail ?

server setup
postfix dovecot spamassassin squirrelmail postfixadmin

i added postfix plugin to squirrelmail but thats not what i wanted..

whats the easyest way to manage squirrelmail users ?
