xfce4-power-manager: the problem with brightness control

Hello. I have some problem with changing brightness in my notebook (HP Probook 4510s) by xfce4-powe-manager.
The brightness control ((FN + F6/F7) and also xfce4-brightness-plugin don't work correctly. I can't change brightness of the monitor. Screenshot
What a way to solve this problem?
