I recently updated my nVidia driver. Now whenever KDE start, I get this error on my screen. I figure the horizontal and vertical setting aren't set correctly. I am using a eMachines E17T4W widescreen LCD monitor. Did some quick google search and found the spec for the monitor:
1280 × 720
maximum horizontal frequency 60 kHz
maximum vertical frequency 76 Hz
I went into the xorg.conf file and change the
HorizSync 30.0-60.0
VertRefresh 56.0-76.0
But that didn't solve the issue. Is there something else I need to change?
Here is my current xorg.conf
