[SOLVED] theming gdm

I'm trying to theme gdm but I can't find the package that gives me the "Login" entry under System menu to change the theme

Re: [SOLVED] theming gdm

If I recall correctly, you can run "gdmsetup" as root.

Re: [SOLVED] theming gdm

hmm I don't have "gdmsetup" but I've been reading up on gdm 2.28 and people are complaining that they removed the themes?

Yes it is, and if you read a lot the complains the suggestion is to use Slim.

Re: [SOLVED] theming gdm

There is no theming support in gdm 2.28.  You can configure some options for gdm though such as the gtk theme used, background, cursor, etc.  See http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Gno … g_gdm_2.28
