I tried to delelte .nautilus,.gconf,.gnome.. within the common user folder and re-log in ,I indeed can run software for a while ,but all will turn to be bad soon. I also tried to add a new user ,but the result is same. Pls help

Which desktop environment / window manager are you using?
Good ideas do not need lots of lies told about them in order to gain public acceptance.

Have you try running the full path to gnome-terminal in tty2 as normal user?
/usr/bin/gnome-terminal

Woah this sounds bad. I have two solutions:
1) Boot from a live cd, mount your partition and chroot into it. From there you could reinstall gnome.
2) Boot from a live cd, mount your partition, edit your ~/.xinitrc so no DE boots at start up, and do the fixing from the CLI
