Can you please check Zynaddsubfx

Can you please check if I'm the only one that Zynaddsubfx stoped to work after the new libxml2 updates?
I mean, the program can start, but when you try to load an instrument, it hangs up. The same when trying to read it's own configuration file after closing and reloading itself.

If it works, and it is just an issue of my computer, how can i resolve it?

Yes. The same behaviour. After the first start (creating config file and other...), all successive runs = hang, with 100% cpu loading.
I don`t know, libxml2 is the reason or maybe something else (i have lots of update before that)

Still the same problem. Please vote for it in the bug report so we can get rid of this soon.

Re: Can you please check Zynaddsubfx

It seems that it is a zlib issue, breaking other packages, too. The soluciont, downgrade zlib.

A simple way:

pacman -U  ftp://distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr/pu … pkg.tar.gz

And be careful when updating your system. zlib 1.2.3.7-1 is broken.

Warning, (obviously) don't use this package if you have a x86_64 based system, or you'll break your OS and be unable to use pacman until the damage is repaired.
