I have done what is said in the wiki, including "Enabling OpenGL acceleration in Arch Linux guests" trick.
glxinfo says "direct rendering: Yes", vendor string is "2.0 Chromium 1.9". glxgears works also.
But I can't enable KDE desktop effects. What I'm doing wrong?

You did not state what you had tried, so make sure you start with:
On under the systemssetting utility, Desktop-> advanced tab, select "direct rendering" and select "disable functionality checks",
then, on the General tab, enable compositing.

I've tried to check "disable functionality checks", but that didn't helped.
Also, all the other things from guest additions are working (dynamic resize, mouse integration, copypaste, etc.).
