new udev and kernel 2.6.31.*

Hi all, today have upgrade system (pacman -Syu) and have found much package (>400mb) ..in upgrade is present new udev (151).
With this new udev not is possible start with my kernel 2.6.31.9 (2.6.32.* boot ok) unfortunly for me is impossible use 2.6.32.* kernel (acpi problem with my Acer Aspire 5930G) ..this new udev is ONLY for kernel 2.6.32.* or package is bad? ..for example in new udev package is missed some file in dir. /lib/udev/rules.d/

Problem with this notebook and kernel => 2.6.32 is mentioned, from other user in:

For now have solve downgrade udev at old version (146).
