AUR Unsupported to Community
I did not really understand when a package goes from Unsupported to Community
First i thought its about votes but a lot of packages with 100 or 200 votes goes to community and packages with 2000 and 3000 votes are still in unsupported.
Can anyone tell me when packages goes form unsupported to community?

first license that to permit redistributing and second if a TU wants to maintain that package. Personally i don't want to maintain packages that i never use.

we don't have any bin32 stuff in community only lib32 and for yaourt is simple. we are not going to support unsupported packages 
same for aurvote

Yaourt hides the process of building a package from the user, and at least to the beginner, let the difference between unsupported and supported packages vanish. We want that the user who wants to use unsupported packages at least _knows_ that they are unsupported.
aurvote is a small shell skript using makepkg to build a package for it takes less than 3 seconds. There would be no real benefit for having it in a repo.

i could be wrong, but isn't bin32-wine just wine for arch64, which depends on lib32-packages?
nonetheless will wine appear in the extra-repo for x86_64 too like the i686 one?

No... lib32 is not support in [extra]. It probably could go to [community] given there are a lot of lib32 packages there but it seems there is no TU interested.
