i see on the list on the main (home)page, that there are packages for 64bit that are available, but when I goto update, nothing's available.. then when i went to use reflector..then i do -Syyu, i get this message..

(since ive been using arch i've never seen the above message before when pacman -Syu, Syyu is used)
I've checked the mirrors on https://users.archlinux.de/~gerbra/mirrorcheck.html
and put the one on top, that has the least amount of time since syncing.. and got the above message..
here's the mirrors..
Server = http://archlinux.linuxfreedom.com/$repo/os/x86_64
Server = http://mirror.cs.vt.edu/pub/ArchLinux/$repo/os/x86_64
Server = http://mirror.umoss.org/archlinux/$repo/os/x86_64
Server = http://mirrors.xmission.com/archlinux/$repo/os/x86_64
Server = http://mirror.rit.edu/archlinux/$repo/os/x86_64
these seem to be the fastest..and have been synced in the least amount of time..
but why am i getting the message i posted on the top of this post?

I am not sure what I should do, I see that arch wont let me downgrade, so thats' a good thing, for I mayve hit Yes..
should i put my original mirrorlist.backup on there, and then use reflector? or does anyone reading this, have the top list for United states that is up2date the fastest.. (for 64bit of course)
I hope I explained this correctly for what i'm asking..
is there a new default list I can d/l and uncomment from the beginning? and then find the most up2date one? that syncs fastest?

The mirror you changed to is more out of date than the mirror you last updated from.

ok maybe i'm reading the mirror ranking list wrong?
or should I d/l the pacman mirror list again.. then use reflector to re-find the fastest, then from "those" (ill set the parameter to 7) find the most up2date insync one from the page i posted in my first post.. then pacman -Syyu?

Best to do would be to stick to one mirror. Just because the mirror is 'latest' at this point in time doesn't mean it will be 2 weeks down the road. You cannot get these messages if you're always connecting to the same mirror.
Of course, for some people that takes the fun out of the whole exercise....

so which one would be a safe one to put as my "only one"?
theres' so many... so what you are saying is, if i pick one, just "wait" till its synced whether it be in hours, or days after a package is updated?
so what one?

What I did when I had more free time was daily check for 10 latest mirrors, sort them according to aggregate score, and then rank them according to speed. After a few months the mirror I'd selected fell behind though.
A far more productive thing to do would be to select a mirror and just keep using it. Only think about changing if no updates are shown over a period of a week or so. Just because Arch is rolling release doesn't mean you HAVE TO HAVE THE LATEST OMG ROXORZ packages right away. Keeping everything in sync is much more important.

What's with the legion of mirrors being out of date? Is that normal for Arch? I sent a heads up for the mirror i use, hopefully they do something. Hate having to change mirrors.

You don't HAVE to change mirrors. Being 1-2 days (or 1-2 weeks) behind on updates is inconsequential as long as your mirror is in sync with itself (ie. core is not ahead of extra).
If you've read the front page, recently there's been a big move of packages from [testing] for the libpng and libjpeg rebuilds. Many mirrors are out of date because of the size of these updates.
